Farhad:
1. Website needs to be more creative, interesting and updated.
2. Everyone needs to be more creative in their works in their positions. 
3. Need some financial supports from other than department,otherwise the budget is too limited.
4. VP socials should meet together and bring some creative events.
5. Meeting with GSA president to start collaboration.
6. GSA rep. should meet GSA to present our plans and demands.
7. Dept. provide very little support for social activities, but we need more supports and need to convice them for monthly events.
8. VP finance should struggle for money and creative fundraising.
9. VP socials should be creative for social events, for example, ask Gwen for a day when there is no class at 2:30
10. Kim would introduce GSA rep to GSA committee and MSc rep to dept. through Gwen.
11. Course meeting with the faculties, need the rep. to present ideas to the faculty meetings.


Kim:
1. Existing experience of running councils in other universities.
2. Bring your ideas in the meeting you have, we can discuss.
3. Who we are, what are you doing?
4. People generally do not come in the events when they don't know each other.
5. This is who we are, this what we are doing. Please ask me if you need any help.
6. Need some mission statements from each of the members.
6. Next week, I will look into the financial conditions.
7. Need to some kind of fundraising.
8. Should we ask for membership from the council members?


Daniel:
1. Bring the grads together from different labs through social events.

Varun
1. Ping pong matches, arrange some competitions, and award the winners.

Pryasree
1. More interactions among the students of different labs.


Mason:
1. Arrange some social events, make the cooperation with the students, 
2. Bring the companies to univ so that they can hire the students

Shamima:
1. Should we arrange a VP social b4 January?


Masud:
1. Need content for websites- texts, images.
2. Need a feasibility study with the source of CSGCC whether we should improve the existing or start from scratch.
3. Creating doodles for different events (if any).

3. Collaborate with VP socials for social events with monetary matters.

VP Internal:
1. Do a feasibility study and renovate the website.
2. Share the notes with President.
2. Post the meeting notes to the website.
4. Create doodle polls if necessary based on provided info.

VP Socials:
1. Brainstorm new or creative ideas for social events to increase collaboration among students from different labs.
2. Arrange the event with the approval from the committee.

GSA Representative:
1. Meet GSA and create interesting links for financial supports.
2. Represent the plan, events, demands of CSGCC to GSA.

MSc/PhD Representatives.
1. Attend faculty meetings (if any) and present the demands and ideas of the students.
